Pool Maintenance and Cleaning Services

Let our expertise keep your pool looking its best! We offer weekly pool maintenance in Richmond, Katy, and Sugar Land.

Our weekly pool maintenance starts at $150 per month. All you will need to do is enjoy your pool and maintain an adequate water level.

Weekly Pool Service Includes our 10 Point Program:

1. Vacuum Pool (As Needed)
2. Brush Tile, Steps and Walls
3. Skim Pool (Surface)
4. Empty Skimmers
5. Empty Automatic Cleaners
6. Empty Pump Basket
7. Test Chemicals (Chlorine, PH, Alk. and Salt)
8. Adjust Chemicals (Chlorine, PH, Alk. and Salt)
9. Backwash DE and San Filters
10. Inspect Pool Equipment

SWP also offers other Service Packages Including:

• Chemical Plus Service (starting at $99 per month) which includes everything from the 10 Point Program except Vacuum and Skimming.
• Chemical Only Service (starting at $80 per month) which includes Testing and Adjusting Chemicals as well as Emptying Baskets and Bags.

One time cleans and vacations services are also available upon request.

Southwest Poolscapes rates will vary depending on various factors such as pool size, pool features/equipment, and foliage around pool. We will also offer additional pool cleaning services such as vacation service and every other week service. Please call for free estimate.
